another early start and productive day. i feel like im slowly getting back into the habit of going to the gym and regarding my fitness and health again, it’s nice to stay on track and dedicated to the whole thing.
feels very disappointing when you slack and start guilt tripping yourself. anyway, i hit the gym today and got in a decent chest day,
along with about half the usual leg exercises i’d usually do, need to build my strength back up ! felt exhausted by the time i finished my workout.
hopefully energy levels return soon, i hit my goal of the 10,000 steps again as usual, hopefully see increased numbers in the coming days as i try crank out some cardio
