
Hello Actifiters and happy Monday! Today is the start of a new workweek. I began with a morning walk. Walking in the morning is one of my favorite ways to stay active. It's cool in the morning which was perfect to do exercise. Throughout the day, I continued moving around whenever possible, taking short walks during breaks and avoiding long periods of sitting. I achieved more than 5,000 activity points. It's not as intense as previous days but I kept active through regular walking.
