Meetings, Moves, and the Monday Marathon on Wednesday
Today felt like I lived a whole week in a single office day. 11 hours spent mostly in back-to-back meetings — strategy deep-dives, roadmap reviews, and just a touch of existential dread around 4 PM. The real plot twist? I still somehow squeezed out 6,500 steps.
Apparently, darting between conference rooms, pacing while on calls, and my patented “thinking laps” around the office added up. It’s a small win, but on days like these, small wins matter. Here’s to moving, even when we’re mostly sitting — and to finding ways to keep the fitness flame alive, one office lap at a time.
