One Step Straighter, One Step Stronger
Today was a “stick to the basics” kind of walk, one straight shot along the canal, no detours, no distractions. Just the sound of my steps, the shimmer of sunlight dancing on the water, and that glorious kind of blue sky that makes you forget emails even exist.
I clocked 14,000 steps and covered 11 kilometers, with an average tempo of 10’29/km. Which means: pace is going up, legs are getting stronger, and motivation is hanging in there like a champ. No sprints, no records shattered, but consistency? We’re definitely dating now.
Also, shoutout to the sun for that full-dose vitamin D, basically the closest thing to a free mood upgrade. And hey, if I’m going to chase progress, I might as well do it in a setting this photogenic.
