Step by Step: Turning Lunch Breaks and Evening Strolls into a Fitness Saga #WednesdayWalk

Today was all about the steps! Managed to clock in a solid 14k steps, covering 10km split between two walks this Wednesday, #wednesdaywalk ! First up was a serene lunch break wander along a newly discovered river path near the office. Quiet, green, and just enough to make me forget about the morning’s email bombardment.

Fast forward to the evening, and I found myself on my usual canal route. Familiar and comforting, like an old friend who doesn’t judge your post-dinner chocolate intake. There’s something about these walks that clears the mind, even if the body sometimes questions your sanity.

Nature therapy, two sessions a day – it’s like a prescription for sanity with a side of sarcasm. Who needs a gym when you’ve got pathways like these? Plus, the scenery changes are worth the effort. From brooding clouds threatening to burst to a clear blue sky reflecting in calm waters – it’s the kind of visual variety that keeps the motivation high.

So here’s to more steps, less stress, and finding beauty in the everyday routes. And if walking this much doesn’t get me fit, at least I’ll have some killer photos to show for it! 🌳🚶‍♂️

I like that idea! I've used a lot of different tipping tokens in my time here, and I could definitely offer multiple suggestions on how to do a good. Would it have its own token, or use other tokens? 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Ah, yes, that's what I thought that you meant, I just wanted to clarify, and good idea! Maybe something like another version of @pgm-curator that gave out multiple tokens on each call? Last I heard, the PGM project was being sold. I don't know if anyone bought it yet, though. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Oh, excellent! Yeah, managing multiple tokens for one command would likely make things a bit more complex. Yeah, I was thinking about the PGM project.

Here's the message from the PGM Discord server:

@everyone 
My dear friends, since the PGM project cannot be managed we have decided to put the project up for sale at the price of $500 (HBD)

With the purchase you will have access to the entire PGM ecosystem

All PGM tokens will be generated and all sent to another account which will become the project's generator account, while I will give away all my tokens to anyone who buys the project (300 thousand PGM)

All PGM miners will be generated

All existing project codes will be given

The keys to the following accounts will be given:

- pgm-miner
- pgm-curator
- full access to the discord server

Once the keys have been taken, the buyer will generate new passwords.

The COFFEE-COIN project will also be sold

We regret making this choice but time is less and less and I don't want to let the project die, I'd rather sell it off and have it managed by those who have more time!

(a selection will be made if there are more users intending to purchase to avoid it ending up in the wrong hands and losing the investment)
