My Actifit Report Card: May 12 2026
Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for Tuesday the 12/5/2026. The race for the EPL title took a somewhat twist on Sunday when the Gunners (Arsenal) were hosted by the Hammers (West Ham United) as the outcome of that game had given Arsenal an edge over and placed Manchester City in the title race. Up till today many sports pundits and reputable sports papers have expressed divergent opinions on the die-minutes goal scored by West Ham which the referee chopped off after a lengthy VAR check.
Arsenal won that game by (1-0). But that was not even all. That loss by the Hammers have pushed them down into the relegation murky waters. West Ham's fate looked doomed following the (1-1) draw played out the next day by their nearest relegation battlers Tottenham Hotspur who played against Leeds United. Spurs now 17th on the table have a two point advantage over 18th placed West Ham United. The battle for relegation ins now a straight fight between the Hammers and Spurs.
Palm fruits harvest is always a sweet thing especially when yours have many palm heads. I saw these ones on the road newly harvested and am sure the owner will be a happy man.
