Es fing mit einem leichten Unwohlsein im Rachen an, und ich bin krank... oder zumindest stark erkältet. Ich denke, das fasst mein aktuelles Unwohlsein und den dazu passenden Bewegungsmangel ganz gut zusammen. Ich habe den halben Tag heute mit dem Laptop auf der Couch verbracht, arbeiten muss man ja trotzdem.
Morgen kommt der Schreibtisch, das Pad dauert wohl noch etwas - die Sendungsverfolgung habe ich zumindest schon mal. Wobei ich glaube, ich aktuell eh nicht wirklich lange darauf laufen würde.
Meine Schritte haben heute einen phänomenalen Wert von unter 600 Schritten erreicht 😂 Ich kann es selbst kaum glauben, absoluter Rekord.
Ein Vorteil, wenn man erkältet/krank ist, ist der fehlende Appetit. Zumindest mein Kalorienziel habe ich dadurch erreicht! :P Man soll ja immer das Positive an so etwas sehen!
Vielen Dank an @ynwa.andree, der zwar nicht selbst kommentiert hat, aber den letzten Beitrag mit Ecency-Points geboostet hat! (Ich zähle dich trotzdem so, als wäre das dein Kommentar.) It started with a slight discomfort in my throat, and I'm sick... or at least a bad cold. I think that sums up my current malaise and the corresponding lack of exercise quite well. I spent half the day on the couch with my laptop today, but you still have to work.
The desk will arrive tomorrow, the pad will probably take a while - at least I've already got the tracking number. Although I don't think I'll be walking on it for very long at the moment anyway.
My steps reached a phenomenal level of under 600 steps today 😂 I can hardly believe it myself, an absolute record.
One advantage of being cold/sick is the lack of appetite. At least I reached my calorie target! :P You should always look on the bright side of something like this!
