Hello everyone, my beautiful hive naija people, it's another beautiful weekend and we are so happy to have you here once again. It’s another weekend to buzz the hive blockchain even as we connect with ourselves. It’s just feel good to get everyone together every weekend to talk about random things and just have fun. But this week, I don’t want us to just talk about any random things but about the amazing men in our lives.

Honestly, it's difficult to pick between apps these days, considering most of them serve different purposes that are essential to our daily lives. But since we're asked to pick, I'll tell you my favourites(top 3).
1. Chrome: Chrome is like an apartment housing different rooms e.g hive frontend, Google workspace,IG & Facebook. So, you can tell I love it for its versatility because I can comfortably switch between tabs and open my other important apps.
2. Twitter: I love twitter because I'm into "Gbegorun"😂 and that's where all the tea is. It's a very educative platform for me too and it offers me the chance to tweets my most unhinged thoughts without worry.
3. Whatsapp: While Gen-Zs(💀) call WhatsApp boring, I think it's still the most lovely app to bond with my friends and family as well as share visual parts of my day with them.

The most important three apps for now for me are discord, Whatsapp and tiktok, all are used for money making, lol
Ever since I joined hive, discord is a app I log in daily, no day goes without coming to discord. Then Whatspp, though it's not only for business, I can't with friends and family but then I post my works,it's my first means of product advertisement. Then tiktok is for advertising of my products as well.
These three apps brings money in, that's why they are the top three, who don't like money, lol.
Wow. I can relate to that discord! Since I joined Hive, I check on Discord every day.

Then we can't forget the sweet beautiful WhatsApp. It's beyond just a platform but a business space as well. Also talk about things like video calls, voice calls, group calls, scheduled meetings and the rest.

Many people think WhatsApp is boring, I used to being that category until I started using it frequently. Seriously, WhatsApp is cool but everyone has a taste.
X is an amazing application, I used to enjoy being on the space a lot but the dramas on it are too much. But wait o, what's gbegorun?

I stayed home today, no much fun
Yeah I went to church and the topic for sermon was kind of skeptical
BEAUTY FROM ASHES What beauty could ever come from ashes but I later learnt that the ashes are whatever bad situations we are or may be currently passing through that is causing us sadness or disappointments but when God comes into the situation to intervene for an exchange, that is when beauty arrives and shows forth from a situation or life that all hopes are lost on to ever be meaningful in the sight of men which is the ashes
Truly, no matter how ugly our situation is, when God steps in, it turns around for good. That was such a powerful sermon.

Hmm, I didn't go to church. I have no genuine reason and I didn't wake up late. My Sunday was spent at a friend's house. It's been a while i visited, since it's a free day, I decided to check up on him.
The day was quite fun but as usual time ran so fast. Sunday and time are like enemies, before you know it, the day is spent already.

Menh I'm here chilling and watching Chelsea's match hoping they don't break my heart today again 😂
I rested well today because this past week was mentally stressful for me.
My laptop had issues so I wasn't really happy and I couldn't also post on hive cos my phone isn't in its best state.
The most draining part was because I had to prepare for an international conference where I was one of the speakers. Its a conference by IAHR Young professional Congress hosted by China.
I was able to hussle a laptop and did my presentation yesterday, we thank God.

The settings and coding of it cant make me leave it most especially when building a community each day you learn new things when building a community type of bot or self bot that do command without your intervention is something else

Even without airtime, with Facebook and Whatsapp i can communicate with who ever and also make use of the call feature.
For ecency, since I was introduce to this blogging app, I don't think there's any day that I have not work with it.
My top three app are very simple and straight ...
Chrome....for hiving activities daily because money must be made to survive this life biko..
Discord....another extension appo to keep connecting and earning...
Watsapp....for my family and friends , where we finish gist daily and kill boredom ,mingle and smile and be happy ...life continues

I actually have more than three apps I pop into on a daily basis but for the sake of the topic;
Chrome - ever since I joined hive, chrome has made it to the top app I never let a day go by without popping into to, either work on my posts or scroll through various authors and communities.
Discord - thanks to the different communities which has theirs servers rooted in discord, I never cease to make use of it for chatting and other activities.
Lastly would be WhatsApp where I chat away my day, lol. Have hearty conversations with friends and loved ones and all that.

Oh, dear. You're so on point! You see chrome and WhatsApp, I love them so much! Very resourceful. For me, it will be Chrome, Twitter and WhatsApp because they serve very important purposes that others don't at a go. And the clean interface of these apps makes it easier for me to just use everyday.🥰
I love Discord but if we take hive away, I may not have anything serious to do on the app every other day. Or what do you think?
I do use X as well but only for Hive echo's activities and the few times I tweet my hive posts.

It's going to be quite hard for me to pick my top 3 apps though because they are a lot of apps I use.
Looking through the comments I want to presume those people not mentioning their bank app don't like money or food because me I can't do without it ooo 😂
Anyway let's assume I have to pick just three, my bank app comes first, then I will choose chrome because I would be able to enter almost any social media from there and do a lot.
The third will be my pocket FM please. I don't joke with it before I will start thinking of my life problems...
The fact that I can use Whatsapp web, discord, Facebook and almost any other app on chrome makes chrome kinda universal. Although it might be difficult with phone, because I would have to be using desktop mode to get the very best out of it, I feel it's still worth it if I can only keep three...
Since the day I discovered pocket FM, I've almost never been bored. On the road, in the office, almost anywhere I am, it's either I am listening to a series or I am downloading new series. The stories are just too catchy...
LOL. KenOwl must not forget his belly.😅 Bank apps are essential but considering we have POS scattered around + ussd, I think I can do without it. Besides, I hate doing transfer. So it can't be my favourite.😂

My ride or die app is definitely TikTok, well my top 3 apps would be TikTok, YouTube Music, and Hive.
But TikTok, is Number one, most people say I'm addicted to TikTok but hell no 😂
I shop and make enquiries about every and anything on TikTok, if i want to make my hair and need a hairstylist, I'm going straight to TikTok to search for the “Best hairstylist in Ibadan” 😂, if i want to even identify any fake product is TikTok o😂
Aside from that, I have 2 TikTok accounts, one for cruise and the other for my business purposes.
At this point, TikTok should consider making me an ambassador.
YouTube Music because music is life😁, I can't go a single day without listening to a little bit of Alex Warren, Sumisola, or Davido, don’t mind me, my music taste is quite diverse.
Hive on the other hand is for educational purposes and connecting with people, reading how people genuinely feel about a lot of topics, and reading people’s opinions about things without that toxicity.
Hive is just healthy and very educational. 🤗

You see my problem with this gen z people abi. Yesterday a friend of mine came over. Someone I have not seen in months, I was hoping we would talk at length and reminisce on old times but guess what? This person spent all the time on TikTok 🤣
I acted fine but seriously, it was annoying but can't stop her, it's what makes her happy. Once people find what interests them, it's difficult to separate them from it.. but please don't get addicted.

People use their phones for different reasons; entertainment, business, fun, and for communication. What the phone is used for determines the kind of applications that will be frequently used by the owner.
For example, someone who is into social media influencing would be glued to applications like X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and so on. Those apps would be like oxygen to him or her because they are what makes the phone relevant to him or her.
Coming to me, I have a number of applications on my phone. I didn't take time to count but they are quit many. But guess what? the last time I used some of them is something I can't remember.
They are just a decoration to the phone. However, I have a number of applications that are like oxygen to me and they include, ecency, WhatsApp and Docs.
Yo, these applications are my ride or die. Ecency prints me money, and I am addicted to it. Each morning when I wake up, I am already on it, sometimes, I even open them before I say my morning prayer, very bad habit, but am being honest.
In life no one wants to take for granted anything that gives them money. Just like a business man take his shop seriously and place it as a priority, that is how the application is to me.
I don't think I use that application for less 18 to 20 hours daily. Sometimes even when I am not doing anything on it, I am just scrolling and checking my notifications.
WhatsApp
I am surprised how I got used to WhatsApp, I can remember vividly a time when WhatsApp was a boring app to me, but today, it is something I am always active on.
I love this app because of it's simple and easy to operate. The privacy and low key features makes it a perfect fit for my personality. You post your status and it disappears after 24 hours, nothing like saving it anywhere for reference purposes.
The video and voice call feature is also something I like, it make it easy for me to connect with my loved ones and recently, the introduction of channels made it even more interesting, I get first hand news directly on WhatsApp, this helps me not to only connect with my loved ones but with the world at large.
Docs.
Google document is one of the best applications on my phone. It's where I write. Its the space where I pour out all the ideas in my head.
Almost all my content on Hive Blockchain were written there. It's just like another office. That's where the raw material is written, processed and given beauty.
Well, human choices changes with time but as it stands right now, these three applications are the best for me. Even if I take out every other application on the phone and leave just these ones, I'll live fine and feel normal.
