HiQ №32 is in the block. From Amsterdam to Ghana to Mexico, everything the Hivestyler heart desires is there. (Editor's note: Only real with 32 dog-ears. LOOL)
At 32, you start to feel old. But we feel more like 23. (Editor's note: People buy it, because we are extremely smart, stylish and SEXY.) For issue 25 we have a lot up our sleeves for you. Our 32nd Most Valued Poster (MVP) has more than earned this award.
Since the alternating digit sum of 32 is 1, there is 1 more chapter of CraftInk Lore in this issue. And this much is already said: You should not miss this chapter.
Did you know that the average age in Mexico is 32-3? No? Then you should read The Column. (Editor's note: Even though this is not about the average age in Mexico. LOOL)
Also worth reading is the article about Web3 Berlin - a HiQlative event. Since this event took place in 2023 and you get the number 32 if you leave out the 20 from 2023 and then read 23 backwards, we made this article a cover story. (Editor's note: Just because that. LOOL)
The new game Astral Wars has also made it under the topic. After 32 victories against the AI, @quekery has finally played through the game. But it's best to read for yourself.
The Hive Community has managed to drill not quite 32 boreholes in Ghana. If you want to know what we are talking about here, you should check out this article. (Editor's note: Not necessarily 32 times. Once is enough. LOOL) Maybe with your help we'll make it to 32 boreholes.
One country that could certainly use a strong community on Hive is Nigeria. This mission has now been taken on by a Nigerian. After about 32 minutes of reading, you will have reached this article in HiQ.
This issue didn't make it into the 232. block, but to make up for it we have an article for you about the Inner Blocks Community. We expect you to check out this community in exactly 32 seconds. ... Do it NOW! (Note from @Davie504: EPIC!)
This issue is rounded off with 32/32 gossip reports, 9·32/32 Hivestyle for Hivians and readers' letters that include a verse measure that would take 32nd notes. And if you haven't already staked at least 32,000 HIQS, the
... Commentary Discount Sale 1/4 is just the thing for you. With a discount of 40% on the current HIVE price of HIQS (Editor's note: 0.451 SWAP.HIVE). That means you can buy up to 270 HIQS for the price of 0.27 SWAP.HIVE per HIQS. Write the following
!HIQS HereYourDesiredAmount
in the comments. After 2 days, we will publish a post at @hiq.shares handling the sale. By the way, if the demand is high enough, we will increase the amount of HIQS to 540 HIQS, so that English-speaking and German-speaking readers can get their HIQS. We've done that before from time to time, but hardly anyone noticed. LOOL

We don't know whether our karma will gain points or not. What we do know is that this Hivian is a great one. You want to know who we're talking about? (Editor's note: Read on. Do it NOW.)
@good-karma is the founder of Ecency. All HiQ core team members use Ecency and also because we featured this wonderful app in the last physical edition of the HiQ (Editor's note: the issue for the HiveFest7 -an edition for the HiveFest8 we plan to make. [Editor's note to Editor's note: We do that too. LOOL]), we just had to make him MVP.
But it's not just the mobile app that has us hooked, the desktop version of Ecency is also a real winner. The wheels don't stand still, so @good-karma and his Ecency buddies listen to the cries of the community to further improve their app. Such closeness to his fans must be rewarded with the title of "Most Valued Poster" in the HiQ.
We also hope to meet him in person in Mexico. He's definitely just as nice a dude in real life as he is on Hive. ★

Hold on to your HiQbreros. Are we going to take Mexico for a spin in just 85 days? If you want to know, read it for yourself. (Editor's note: And donate @smooms HIVE, LOOL.)
Last year at HiveFest7 in Amsterdam, there was already speculation that the next HiveFest would be in South America. Now it has been official for a few weeks: HiveFest8 takes place in Mexico. (Editor's note: Mexico is part of North America, isn't it? LOOL)
How does the HiQ editorial team handle this news? Hmmm, Mexico is not exactly around the corner. From Central Europe, the flight time is about 28 hours including at least one stopover. I would have to fly from Vienna, which would mean that in the best case scenario I would be on the road for about 30 hours each way and the flights cost around 1000 Euros per person.
Being on the road for 30 hours doesn't bother me as much. I like to fly and I also like to spend time at airports. Of course, the editorial team would plan the flights so that they can do the route across the big pond together. They could also try to arrange it with the other Europeans to fly together.
I think this will all become concrete as soon as the next post is published on the account @hivefest. It has already been announced that there will be discounted flights and accommodation for HiveFest participants. We will wait and see if we can actually make it to Mexico in September.
Until then however, we still have a lot of work ahead of us. Like last year, we want to present a super special edition of HiQ in physical form for the upcoming HiveFest. For this, we have to find advertising partners, design the layout and write texts. In addition, we have to transport the magazines in our suitcases, as the postal route is too unsafe for us. (Editor's note: Or we'll have them printed on the other side of the Atlantic. LOOL)
So there's a lot to do for the HiveFest special edition alone. Then there's the fact that we want to do a presentation again. Last year in Amsterdam @smooms represented the projects of Team HiQuarters, but this year it will be more focused. We are planning a presentation that will mainly revolve around @craftink. We want our upcoming trading card game to reach a wide audience and what better place than HiveFest?
So you see, there's still a lot to do before we can put our feet up sipping tequila on the beach in Rosarito. Keep your fingers crossed that everything works out the way we want it to. And if you want to boost our travel funds, please do leave a hefty vote or send a donation to @hiq.redaktion. Thanks and maybe we'll see you in Rosarito in September! (Note from @smooms: It's my 40th birthday during HiveFest. So spring for something. LOOL) ★

In this issue of HiQ we take you to the world of CraftInk. To be precise, to the city of Inkopolis, where the Championship Tournament takes place. But read it for yourself.
What has happened so far:
Inkopolis in the year 2025 - we are in the middle of the CraftInk World Championship Tournament and our protagonist @bubblegif is about to qualify for the finals. Only 5 points away from reaching the top 16, will @bubblegif achieve her goal of becoming one of the best, if not THE best CraftInk player in the world?
Chapter 2:
She turned around slowly and could not believe her eyes. The person tapping her on the shoulder was none other than.... Who was that? In front of @bubblegif now stood a relatively short guy. He had twirled his beard into a braid and as he addressed @bubblegif he bobbed up and down on one of his legs. "I've come to challenge you, odr," he spoke in a dialect that seemed to come from Switzerland. "And you are," @bubblegif asked, visibly unimpressed. She looked down at the little Dude from above. "Don't you remember? You were at the Hive Bodensee Camp, weren't you?" The person standing in front of her was none other than @blue.rabbit, who was a top 16 contender just like her. "I heard you still need points to get into the top 16, odr," he mentioned with a lopsided grin typical of him. "We can very well play a round, but I'm not going to make it easy for you, am I?" - "Oida, I have the killer deck of DOOM, I don't need an edge. Besides, it's a cinch to win if you believe in the heart of INK like I do."
The heart of INK. When she received the booster packs as payment for a job, she heard about it for the first time. "What am I supposed to do with them?" - "If you believe in the Heart of INK, these cards in the packs will take you very far, trust me." She dismissed it as idle gobbledygook at the time, but when she opened the first packs, she seemed to feel a kind of energy emanating from the cards. It pulsed through her hand, her arm, to eventually touch her heart. From then on, she and CraftInk were welded together. She now felt the energy throughout and always seemed to draw the right card at the right time. She had built a deck around her favourite Officer card: mary-me. As a Blogger Officer with the ability to give any Blogger card on her own side of the board +1 to the result of any die, @bubblegif naturally designed her entire deck around it. She had every card from the "Editorial Office Edition" at least 3 times, so she was able to put together a deck that was the bomb that left nothing to be desired. It also left room for improvements.
"Well, what about now? Do you think you can score with the 'Heart of INK', odr," she was taunted by @blue.rabbit. "Come on over and find out," @bubblegif replied to him, not at all intimidated as she knew her deck was World Champion level. "Let's make this a bit more exciting and shit on the 'best out of 3' rule. One round, best man wins!" @blue.rabbit took a step back. Pinching was no longer an option. He had to man up. "Are you sure you want to make your defeat dependent on one round, odr?" - "Save," she said emphatically, without making a face, for she was already sure of victory. Both took out their decks to register them. This was done at one of the many terminals spread all over the city to track the results of all the CraftInk Battles. Both took their positions and the round began. In turn, they rolled a 6-sided die to determine who would start. @blue.rabbit rolled a 5. "I bet you can't get over that, can you?" @bubblegif made a sweeping motion with her wrist, as if she were catapulting a frisbee into the stratosphere, and rolled...
...a 6...
"Casual! You start, you can use the head start," she said to him as she winked. @blue.rabbit drew his first 5 cards with hate and the round began.
Will @bubblegif beat him? Will she manage to make up the missing points and get into the final? How many points does @blue.rabbit have? Find out all this and much more in the next chapter of the CraftInk Story "CraftInk - The CraftInk Championship Tournament". ★

We don't just stroll around on the Hive Blockchain - we also stroll around at real life events like HiveFest or Web3 Berlin. But will we continue to do so in the future?
Disclaimer: Pictures stolen from @louis88
In the meantime, Team HiQuarters has grown into something that goes beyond a simple hobby project. (Editor's note: At least as far as the amount of work is concerned - financially not so much. LOOL) Last September we were at HiveFest7 in Amsterdam and specially produced a HiQ print edition that every visitor received in their goodie bag.
Since it was the first print HiQ, it cost us a lot of work and nerves. We did nothing else for almost 2 months and the whole fun cost us about 1000 Euros. But when we got to hold the finished product in our hands at HiveFest and got a lot of praise, it was awesome and you could say, "It was worth the effort!" We would also like to take this opportunity to once again say a huge thank you to all the supporters and donors! Without you this Hivenesco Cultue Heritage would not have existed!
A lot has happened for us since Amsterdam. CraftInk, meetups, fairs etc.. And one of these fairs was Web3 Berlin. (Editor's note: FairS is a bit of an exaggeration. We were only at one. LOOL) Our Berlin correspondent @quekery from the HiQesco heritage editorial team HiQ was on site. And swarmed many new and old faces with the HiQ. (Editor's note: And representing Hive!) Yes, Hive was represented, of course. Hive, as the largest sponsor of the show, had the largest booth and there were several Hive speakers there.
@arcange gave a talk about Hive Authentication service and reminded us what a brilliant app it is. With Hive Auth you can log in very easily and securely. All you need is an app like Keychain on your phone. You can then easily log in on a foreign PC, tablet or cell phone. However, the app on which you want to log in must also support Hive Auth. Peakd and Hive.Blog have supported Hive Auth for quite a long time. In the talk, we could see that the 3Speak app also supports Hive Auth. We'll have to try that out when we publish the next @hiq.smartcast.
@arcange handed out a Hive Buzz Badge to all the Hivians who were in Berlin.
@quekery talked with @arcange about a Hive Buzz Badge for the HiQ. Now we still need a good usecase for it. Do you guys have any ideas?
Also @detlev gave a talk in Berlin. He showed the audience what Hive has to offer. And emphasized that Hive is "community driven". (Editor's note: "So we don't have a Hive boss?" More on that below.) There was also an event for fair visitors on the first day in room 8, where they could ask questions, make accounts etc.. Of course @detlev also brought ... with him.
Yes, that's right he brought BEER. But not only that. We celebrated the BEER Saturday on Saturday evening after the fair and on Sunday evening there was BEER again, although it was Sunday. LOOL
@starkerz enlightened Berlin that Hive is already a real working decentralized Web3 blockchain. He explained in his talk that ValenTronsGate was something good because it gave us a neutral Layer 1. This should be feeless and lean. Everything else should be taken over by the Second Layer according to @starkerz to keep it decentralized. He calls the whole thing UDHR (Universal Digital Human Rights). Anyway, we are now convinced that we are the coolest.
BREAKING NEWS: We are already in contact with @starkerz regarding the next HiQ print edition powered by HiveFest8.
@elindos presented his vision for Exode to the fair visitors. (Editor's note: Who actually wanted to test Exode for this issue?) But his talk was also about his thoughts on Blockchain Games in general. How should a blockchain game be to be good for all of us and not become a rugpull? But it's best to check out the talk for yourself. Maybe we'll meet @elindos in Mexico in September.
The closing was made by @crimsonclad (Editor's note: Actually it was the second to last talk. But we Hive-maxis were of course only interested in the Hive talks. LOOL) Well, what can we say? She knows her stuff. If we weren't already convinced of Hive, we would be after this talk. (Editor's note: BTW, our identity is HiQ - The Hivestyle Magazine. What's yours?) The Hive delegation ended the talk with a standing ovation.
With the program we didn't get to listen to speakers on non Hive related topics. In addition, there was a lot to do at the Hive booth. After all, someone had to explain to the visitors how epic Hive is. There was also an account creation code and a Splinterlands starter code for each booth visitor, if they were interested.
Extremely often we were asked the question who is the contact person for Hive. And more often there was a discussion lasting several minutes, because it is probably not so easy to understand that Hive does not have an executive floor. For example, someone said that he would like to do something with THE French community. Or a visitor asked who she would need to contact to bring PORN content to Hivians. "Who would I need to contact?" That was probably the most common phrase from booth visitors.
Yet another visitor asked who they would need to contact to create a community. If you now have to suppress a facepalm, we can understand that. We responded confidently, of course, and gave a talk about communities, Hive-Engine, Tribaldex, Tribe tokens and Outposts. Also, it was quite useful to have a print HiQ handy, as there are many articles about dApps like Hive-Engine or Ecency in there.
And what is our next step? (Editor's note: We're sure you've figured this out before, but we like to repeat ourselves. LOOL) We are planning to go to HiveFest8 to Mexico and we will probably sit down and make the next print edition even better. (Editor's note: And maybe have a CraftInk Tournament, like in the CraftInk cover story, at HiveFest.) None of this will be possible without YOU, our loyal readers and supporters (Editor's note: and your money LOOL). See you in Mexico! ★

We spared no effort to become pre-alpha testers of Astral Wars. How did we do? How did Astral Wars do? And is the AI invincible? Read on to find out. (Editor's note: Seriously. Do it NOW.)
In the first AMA to Astral Wars, the creator of Astral Wars @spiritsurge failed miserably at his own AI. So we sneaked @quekery into the 2nd AMA, manifesting our conspiracy mythology by making quekery the Alpha Tester to defeat the AI. (Editor's note: And test the game. LOOL)
But what is Astral Wars anyway? Let's turn back the heart of time a little. A few months ago, the makers of Chifi Bots (Editor's note: A game that never came out.) took off, deleted the Discord, and stampeded a lot of people for their investment.
@sprititsurge wanted to provide some kind of compensation and announced another game besides Astral Revelation - Astral Wars. Astral Wars is a hearthstone-like trading card game. It has been in the pre-alpha version for a few days now. And we were also allowed to be a hands on tester.
On the occasion of the launch of the pre-alpha, the 2nd AMA event for the game took place. We learned some insides there and @spiritsurge showed us all the game modes and features. Unfortunately, his internet connection broke down several times, as his region has not yet fully recovered from damage caused by an earthquake. However, he assured us that the game servers are elsewhere. LOOL
The game is a stand-alone Windows App build with Unity. Currently there are 3 game modes. Solo is where you play against THE AI, Adventure is a puzzle mode that is meant to be a story mode but doesn't have a story yet (Editor's note: LOOL) and Multiplayer mode.
Version 1.00 does not yet have a chain connection. According to his own statement, @spiritsurge has been working on this version for 2 months and is currently working full steam ahead on the chain connection. He has successfully mastered this during testing, which means that we will soon have a connection to Hive. For @spiritsurge, this is an important milestone, as there are or were few projects so far that have linked stand-alone apps to Hive. Therefore, he also wants to make Astral Revelation a stand-alone.
In our test matches, the game ran smoothly and was fun. The soundtrack is also very pleasing. @spiritsurge promised many bugs. But we had a largely bug-free gaming experience. @quekery unfortunately has no Hearthstone experience and therefore didn't know the rules. (Editor's note: Then you should pay more attention at the AMA, LOOL.) Nevertheless, he set himself 3 goals:
Ok, after about 3-4 matches and some Hearthstone lingo from @smooms, @quekery successfully managed to defeat the AI. (Note from @quekery: EASY) According to @spiritsurge, the AI currently has a win rate of 85%. (Editor's note: Way too many noobs among the alpha testers...)
To defeat the AI, of course, you have to fomo a little into the rules of the game. Basically, there are 3 types of cards. Monster cards (Editor's note: I don't know if that's what they're called.), Spell cards and Trap cards. If you want to play a card, you need batteries as tribute and each round the battery bar recharges and you get a battery in addition.
In addition, monster cards usually have abilities, an attack value (Editor's note: Might, symbolised by the red fist) and something like life energy. (Editor's note: Lightning) With monsters you can either attack the opponent's monsters or the opponent's life points. (Editor's note: Unless an effect prevents this.) If they drop from 20 to 0, you win.
Shortly before the editorial deadline, @quekery then also found an opponent. This one seemed to have been afk. @quekery then deservedly took his victory. (Note from @quekery: EASY)
Earn XP and COINS, the in-game currency at multiplayer matches
We also found a bug. If you want to attack your opponent's cards or life points, there is a kind of aiming arrow. During a round, a timer runs. When it expires, it is the opponent's turn. If you target the opponent and the timer runs out, the target arrow remains active until it is your turn again and you take an action. (Note from @quekery: EASY)
Overall, we had a positive first impression of Astral Wars. It runs smoothly, is fun and sounds good. We are curious to see how it will be when there are chain binding functions. On blockchains, people naturally expect economic aspects from a game like marketplace, earn mechanics etc.. ★

For a hands-on of the anticipated Hive FPS Crypto-Shot, our roving reporter @smooms went into the lion's den. With the following result. Whether he liked it, you can probably read here.
For a few weeks now, the multiplayer mode of the first-person shooter Crypto-Shots has been online for some lucky Hivians who have the rare PVP Alpha Pass. But this is already the crux of the matter, because due to the small number of passes, it is almost impossible to play a multiplayer game in which other players are also present. But there is a solution to this problem - bots.
These are good. And when we say good, we mean very good. In many situations it happened that @smooms fell off platforms and before he hit the ground to take fall damage, one of the bots sniped him from the air with a shotgun from several meters away.
The pistol in the game needs more than 5 shots to kill an opponent. (Note from @smooms: Must be, because after 5 shots the opponent was still not dead, but I was.) The grenade launcher doesn't kill at all. The machine gun, or rather the MP4, is all the more deadly for it, at least after you have successfully controlled the recoil and mastered the awkward controls. But of course there is still room for improvement, that's what Alphas are for, isn't it?
To increase the multiplayer player base, PVP events are held regularly, hosted by Crypto-Shots itself. Unfortunately, due to time zone shit, we can't provide a player to blow up the competition, but you're welcome to drop by. The event took place last time on Saturday 11:00 pm UTC. We have not been able to find a new date yet. You can participate in the events if you have a PVP Alpha Pass.
What? You don't have a PVP Alpha Pass? How houmou is that? Then open your gawkers. We have something really cool for you:
Alpha Pass GIVEAWAY
Crypto Shots needs skilled PVP artists to dominate the arenas. HERE you have the chance to win 1 of 8 Crypto-Shots PVP Alpha Passes to make this dream come true. All you have to do is the following:
The deadline is the end of the countdown. Have fun planning your moves and good luck in the draw! ★

The Hive Community does not only support games or dApps, it also produces real successes in the physical world. Are we witnessing the beginnings of a real DAO?
Water supply in Ghana is a challenge, especially in rural areas. Although the country has abundant water resources, many people still do not have access to clean and safe drinking water. According to United Nations data, about 80 percent of Ghana's urban population had access to safe drinking water in 2020.
In rural areas, on the other hand, only about 57 percent of the population had access to improved water sources such as boreholes, wells or piped water. This means that a significant proportion of Ghana's population still relies on unsecured water sources, such as rivers, ponds or collected rainwater.
The inadequate water supply has a negative impact on the health of the population. The lack of clean drinking water leads to an increased risk of diseases such as diarrhoea, cholera and other waterborne diseases. Children in particular are at risk and suffer from the effects of the lack of water supply.
The government of Ghana has taken measures to improve the water supply in the country. Investments have been made in infrastructure to increase access to clean water. The Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) is the state-owned company responsible for water supply in urban areas.
Despite these efforts, water supply in Ghana remains an ongoing challenge. Further investment in infrastructure and institutional capacity building is needed to improve the situation and provide better access to water for the people of Ghana.
The @valueplan sponsored water well project in Chanshegu has made significant progress and is nearing completion. This is the 8th or 9th (Editor's note: If anyone has the exact number, please post it in the comments. LOOL) water well in Ghana sponsored by the Hive community! EPIC!
The progress of the project so far is a testament to the tireless efforts and exceptional work of the dedicated project managers @mcsamm and @collinz and the on-site supervisors @samed10 and @depressedfuckup. We look forward to seeing the positive impact on the lives of the people of Chanshegu very soon. Follow @collinz as he always brings summaries of the work of our Hive friends in Ghana! ★

Hive Naija, a place for Nigerians and those who want to support them. Will we see the Nigerian way on Hive in the future? We will keep you posted. But for now, let's read. LOOL
You happen to be readers of HiQ magazine? And you happen to be Nigerian? Well, what luck! Then you are being called to join a collaborative project of one of the largest communities on the blockchain to make it a contribution haven and increase your chances on the blockchain.
And to keep this momentum going, you Nigerians, are needed. Where in the world are times rosy these days? Or have they ever been? This is not to discourage you and this is where your skills come in to enrich the Nigerian community with your talents, nurture, empower and make it a place of wellbeing. Energetic support is provided by users @nonsowrites and the current community leader @deraaa who are working hard to find new ways for you to optimise the community, gain greater visibility and new opportunities.
We are trying to extend our social antennas to the entire blockchain and after seeing a lot of reports and mentions of the Hive community in Ghana, it's time to write for Nigeria.
For example, a well was built in Ghana, which was urgently needed, and we think it is great when we can provide such support through so much commitment from users all over the world. Where such actions are not led by large fundraising organisations and the help usually does not arrive or the donations are still misappropriated, we have the opportunity here to become active from hand to hand.
We are not like Nestlé and consider water a necessary right of life given by Mother Earth. It would also be a good thing to work towards opening a window for our Nigerian community on Hive. So this is also an appeal to all Hive users reading this article.
Of course, we also know that more countries on this earth need such help, but since we are not as rich as Nestlé, we take one step at a time and try to continue working on such projects with the little HiQ prestige we have, because we too are just working drones on the other side of the world, where Nestlé wants to sell us its rubbish non-stop. (Editor's note: Except for the cornflakes, which are awesome. LOOL)
We hope, of course, that with this article we can contribute to drawing attention to this community and the project behind it. Nigerians High... You too can be part of the Nigerian community! ★

Live and let live, with an emphasis on your life experience. Here in the Inner Blocks Community you can expect no NSFW but Fomofreedom! LOOL
Inner blockages? Deep experiences? Or are you in the process of clearing all of these things? Through art, music, lyrical works or self-discovery? Then the Inner Blocks Community is the right place for you to hit the keys and get all these things off your chest.
In the Inner Blocks Community there are no limits to your inner blocks, you can let off steam here with all the topics of your life and you will surely reach some open readers whom you can enlighten with in all areas of life.
We know only too well what it means to remain authentic, even if that means breaking down a few blocks. People who remain authentic stay true to themselves, they don't pretend to please others in order to always flush everything down. And it is precisely this premise of real life and the events that result from it, and above all the insights that one gains from it, that you should have a place to write it all down which is here.
Real life is sweet and sour, windy and sometimes stormy. If all days were the same, there would be no bad experiences to make us learn or no joyful events to make us love. Yin and Yang need balance to keep us in the cycle of life.
Here you will meet a community that thinks outside the box. All areas of art, spirituality, music, family and much more are offered to support you individually. Each of you is unique in your inner being, so don't be like others, be yourself.
You can put all your experiences in your fields on record in this community and you will surely inspire one or the other with your authentic streak to venture a work as well. Compose music, draw your dream world, but never deny reality, venture into areas that make you who and what you are, and really put yourself out there. Civil discourse is even desirable in the Inner Blocks community.
Which at the same time also promotes interest in the communication of contributions from all over the world here on Hive and a productive exchange. Freedom of speech? That sounds fair and we love the orchestra, freedom. We could also do a meditation session on this, but that seems more befitting as a topic for another post. Ommmmlool ★

The thirty-second issue is here. To celebrate this achievement, we bring you a full thirty-two Gossip news.... not. But we're still not skipping this category. LOOL
We've said it many times before, but for the first time in 2023 we're really feeling the summer slump. We haven't discovered any gossip. But that's not really true. We have one report.
Gossip is often about flags or flag wars. And it has often happened that someone had an idea, then implemented it and was suddenly flagged by the chain. For example, someone does a regular giveaway and has the posts generated via script or has a template that always looks the same. Due to offender protection, we do not name names. (Editor's note: We don't want to wake sleeping dogs. LOOL)
Let's assume that this posts are becoming increasingly popular. Should the giveaway operator be flagged out of the universe because the posts are so "low effort"? Even if one is not flagged, a sword of flagocles hovers over the operator.
Or what about posts about statistics, rewards, payouts etc. that give the impression that they were generated automatically? Are you allowed to make such posts? How often are they allowed to be made? Is it allowed to vote for them? And if so, how much?
Questions upon questions to which we have no answer. But what do you think? Flags instead of summer slump? Put them in the comments. ★

For this issue we have again collected the hottest and hivest shit for you. Something like summer slump, bearmarket or summer break are foreign words for us. LOOL
HiveFest Travel Fund
Only about 2476800 blocks left. (Editor's note: This is a conservative estimate. LOOL) Then it's HiveFest8 in Rosarito, Mexico. Like every year (Editor's note: except for digital HiveFests...) there is a Travel Fund. The idea originally came from @roelandp and is currently being implemented by @hivebuzz aka @arcange.
The idea behind it: Every Hivian can send HIVE or HBD to @t-r-f. (Editor's note: This is not an account of ours. We certainly would have come up with a better name, such as @fundtotravel or @f.t.t. LOOL) The assets that come together serve as a fund. If you donate at least 1 HIVE or 1 HBD, you will also get a stylish HiveBuzz badge.
Source: CTRL+C + CTRL+V
If you want to use the fund, you have to show up at HiveFest and doxx your home airport. And because it's so nice, we're going to bug you with some math. All HiveFest visitors get equal shares of 10% of the fund. The remaining 90% will be calculated based on the distance. The distances of the visitors are added up, then the individual distance is divided by the total distance and the whole thing is multiplied by total_fund·0.9. We didn't use the fund at the last HiveFest. But since we are very poor editors who work for almost nothing every day (Editor's note: or as @scamcpt would say: "honorary"), we probably won't get around it this time.
Golem Overlord
@golem.overlord has released a new update. There are now Crates, which each contain a Background NFT. Active players have been airdropped crates under certain conditions.
After opening the Crates, you can select a background and then get a corresponding boost.
Besides the ingametoken PART there is also the token SHARD. If you burn SHARD you can get new Crates for it. GO is currently working on many innovations such as the new store page.
Splinterland's Change Vote
Splinterlands will also see a change if @yabapmatt.sps has his way. He opened a prosposal a week ago where you can vote. The possible change is about being able to buy the Riftwatchers packs with DEC instead of SPS. Therefore, keep your DEC together if you want to get the Riftwatchers packs. Assuming the change goes into effect.
Hive Lake Constance Festival
Another highlight will be the Bodensee Hive-Camp by @blue.rabbit at the beginning of August, from the 2nd to the 6th. The preparations are in full swing and soon the tickets will go online. If you don't know it yet, here's the link to the HiQ special edition for Hive-Camp at Lake Constance 2021.
Also this year there will be a nice and exciting program, incl. poker tournament and traditional pétanque tournament. You also have the unique opportunity to camp directly at Lake Constance or to rent one of the rooms available, which will be provided by the Hivebodensee team. In addition, there will be the opportunity to participate in the program and offer a lecture or workshop, such as gold panning with @bechibenner. Stop by if you're in the area and don't have anything planned yet. The team around Hive Bodensee will be very happy with everyone who comes by. Finally, the most important thing: There will be two tickets, one for 42 HBD and one for 72 HBD. It's worth it to get a ticket.
Meetup Krakow
The Polish Meetups also seem to be becoming a regular thing. On 07/01/2023, @rozku's meetup in Krakow will go the next round.
WooWoo Crates
We know it no differently from @wrestorgonline. For WOO, too, summer slump is a foreign word. On July 1st a new sale event will start at WOO. Through this event you can get Crates. There will be 2 different types of Crates - Common Crates and Legendary Crates. These will include the following:
Common Crates:
Contents |
---|
Small to Medium amount of WOObucks |
Small to Medium amount of WOO token |
Alternate skin for common manager |
Alternate entrance music for common to rare wrestler |
Legendary Crates:
Contents |
---|
Medium to Large amount of WOObucks |
Medium to Large amount of WOO |
Alternate Rare or greater Manager skin |
Alternate entrance music Rare or greater |
Entrance Pyro Skin for common or greater wrestlers |
Terri Runnels NFT SB (Single or Multiple) |
Terri Runnels NFT GB |
WOOPARTSUN pack |
1 gold belt Raven NFT |
4 redemptions for a Create-a-wrestler (male, female, tag, and manager) |
Player Titles |
In order to get Crates, you need to buy Packs. You will get points for each sale. If you reach 2000 points, you will get 1 Legendary Crate and 5 Common Crates for each Pack you buy. If you stay below the 2000 points, you will only get one Commen Crate for each pack. You can find the exact details in the announcement post.
If you are worried that you won't make the 2000 points, you could pool. For example, the Cartel offers a pool. And if you're short on cash, WOO is currently running a sweepstakes that runs through July 4. You can win WOOBucks at the WOO Sweepstakes. With WOOBucks it is easier to earn points for the Crate Event. To enter you must publicize the WOO Sale event and encourage your community to participate in the event. (Editor's note: Hey Hivestylers, join the event, WE WANT WOOBUCKS!).
Value4Value
V4V by @brianoflondon has been given a makeover. Besides the fresh cells, there are also a few new features. For example, you can now log in with Keychain.
We're not quite sure if it's new, but we've been made aware of another cool feature. You can create your own payment QR codes.
What's also cool is that you can use V4V in the mobile Keychain browser. We never tire of mentioning that V4V is awesome. But there's one question we'd like to ask: "How does @brianoflondon know that we very often use V4V in conjunction with https://www.bitrefill.com/ to buy coupons?" LOOL ★

From Berlin to Mexico. Our readers know what is good and praise the real Hivestylers. But, every good thing comes to an end - except the HiQ. There will always be a next issue.
@saffisara praises THE king:
Great post and what you guys do are amazing, and @enginewitty sure is the King PIMP and worth a mention and on the cover, he sure got all the cards fast and if I'm not wrong almost cracked the system 😊
Well spoken. He solved the riddle like a riddlitty. But we just noticed that the itty from enginewitty comes obviosly from Titty Twister. LOOL
@enginewitty ready for La Tetilla del Hivestyle:
MVP??? Wicked awesome, thanks you all! Mad respect and love for what you all do in and out of the gamespace. I won't be heading to the Web3 bit, but will any of you be heading to Mexico for HiveFest?
For sure. THE magazine has to be in Mexico. LOOL
I may find myself down there lost in some dusty dusk till dawn wayside bar with some sexy vamps. 😝
Open from dusk till Mexico:
Hivestyler, Hivestyler, Hivestyler! All Hivestyler must go. At the HiveFest we're slashing Hivestyler in half! This is a Hivestyler blow out! Make us an offer on our vast selection of Hivestyler! We got white Hivestyler, black Hivestyler, Spanish Hivestyler, yellow Hivestyler, hot Hivestyler, travel Hivestyler, active Hivestyler, tight Hivestyler, big Hivestyler, flagging Hivestyler, whale Hivestyler, orca Hivestyler, PIMP Hivestyler, BEER Hivestyler, LOLZ Hivestyler, slothly Hivestyler, snappin' Hivestyler, gaming Hivestyler, dog Hivestyler, cat Hivestyler, fake Hivestyler! If we don't have it, you don't want it!
@slothlydoesit again and again:
One could say that Sloth is the Sloth and Pat is the Buzz! Or more accurately Sloth breaks everything and Pat fixes it!
It sounds to us that Pat is the one who actually does the work! LOOL
Hearsay! Sloth clearly does most of the slothing!
Lots of work to be done in the background though, there's no denying Pat does a lot more buzzing behind the scenes! Thanks for the awesome overview! Great edition of the magazine overall, PIMP is another great community on Hive! Ecency's new Deck feature is very interesting! So much is happening recently, it's hard to keep up!
Yes as always, but we will keep tracking it!
@alex2alex from alex till fun:
Thank you for a lot of interesting info. Always a fun read to keep myself updated.
You are welcome.
@ganjafarmer enjoys our traceback:
Top notch work thank you very much for tagging me to keep me updated I really appreciate it. I really enjoy these alerts that allow me to keep up to date with what's going on here on this project! Awesome job!

My previous @v4vapp proposal has expired. I have a new one which is running but unfunded right now. I'm still running @v4vapp and all my other services.
I've just updated v4v.app and I'm getting ready for some exciting new features after the next hard fork.
Please consider asking your friends to vote for prop #265 or consider unvoting the return vote.
For understandable reasons in the current crypto climate it is harder to get funded by the DHF, I accept this so I'm asking a wider audience for help again. I will also redraft this proposal with more details (coming soon). I'm also looking for other funding sources.
Additionally you can also help with a vote for Brianoflondon's Witness using KeyChain or HiveSigner
If you have used v4v.app I'd really like to hear your feedback, and if you haven't I'd be happy to hear why or whether there are other things you want it to do.
Great editorial and superb layout as always. 👏🏻
Nicely done.
