My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2024

My entry into bucipuci's aroundtheworld challenge 9/5 is a photo I took a couple of weekends ago it is of the Brisbane River from the top of Kangeroo Cliffs, just near the lookout. I liked the way the trees framed a view of the city just as a citycat ferry was travelling past.

It's always a good place for a bit of a walk on a nice day.

This activity count was made up of a morning run trying to see if my hamstring is better. Though it was not too bad, I cut the run short so as not to aggravate too much. Hopefully, it will be better for the weekend.

Other than the run, there were more house and yard chores and the regular afternoon stroll.
