A wallaby with her joey on my morning long run. It was still pretty dark, and I had trouble zooming in close and getting the focus right on my phone, but you can just make out the joey just lazing about wonder had I was up to.


My run and workout stats for the week. It's pretty much the same as last week, but maybe a little faster over all.
