A Tawny Frogmouth bird on my morning run. It was hard to see and was well camouflaged in the low light and against the trees, it was only for the fact that it was sitting on a white post and it blinded it's eyes as I ran past that caught my attention. Otherwise, I would have completely. missed it.

I think this bird is only found in Australia. This one was about 30 centimetres tall. They look like owls but are not related.

The morning sunrise was a bit gloomy, and we got some rain while I was at work.
As well as getting rained on during our afternoon stroll.

I think this bird should be bought from Australia to maybe gardens or zoo so we could see since it is not in our countries, lol

There a cool bird, had to look after an injured on till it got better when I was young. Fed it pal dog food and mouse when we caught one. When we gave it a mouse it would open it's mouth a just drop it straight into there stomach
