Hi, there! Assalamu Alaikum! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It is actifit report number 1077. It's also the Alive and Thriving report on Friday.
Friday is my weekend. Unlike the last Friday, this Friday is a full weekend. Hence, it's a day away from the clinic and from the patients.
My Friday started with performing the Fajr prayer at the mosque. Then I went for a morning walk. I walked for a little over half an hour.
After breakfast, my kid and I went to the barbershop for our haircut. On returning home, after having my bath, I prepared for the Jummah prayer. I went to the mosque at 11:45 am and returned home at 1 pm.
After lunch, I took my son to the front yard. He rode his bicycle and then sat by the roadside to watch the running vehicles. It's kinda routine now! Later, I had a short nap before going to the mosque for the Asr prayer.
In the afternoon, we went to two hypermarkets. At first, we went to the Lulu hypermarket. We bought some vegetables and other food items. Then we went to a 1-Riyal shop. We bought a few more items as well. We returned home at around 7:30 pm.
