My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2024

I was at work today, and there's this tube thingy we use to siphon water out of a large container - I felt really bad because as I used it, a little bee popped out! And then it wasn't working right...and after a few times, this came out.

Turns out it was a leafcutter bee! They live in little places much like the bee hotels you have. They make these sectionals with leaves for their babies. I feel so bad for evicting the guy 😐. I've never seen one until now, but reading up, I think they are in the same family as mason bees, etc.! Maaaaybe it had just woken from hibernation? I hope so.
