My Actifit Report Card: September 13 2023

I haven’t been very active once again, slacking on Hive when i once loved it here, sad oh well. Not sure what else i can write about or provide content for, other than that all i can talk about is the gym hahah today i mainly blitzed my legs, i like to go as hard as i possible can and to complete failure for whichever exercises i’m preforming, i have to say i didn’t ever expect to be in this good of a shape, i feel huge in comparison to a year ago. still a long way to go but always progress, i’ve had a weird diet for the longest time i just seem to not care about what i’m eating as long as i’m hitting my marcos. So mainly i’ve been feasting on eggs/fish and fruits for weeks i’ve noticed a tonne of body fat % loss recently which is amazing, ideally the lower the better before an inevitable winter bulk. Back to cold over here in London too, really really enjoyed the few weeks of sun we had, sad to see it go. anyway, i truly hope you’re doing well, take care of yourself beans.
