My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2023 Lovely 🌹 Bird, A bit of sunshine 🌞 and Rainy 🌧️

Good evening everyone and lovers of physical activities. We had a couple of sunshine today although the weather turned humid later in the day.

I began my activities for the day with a visit to a police station to solicit for administrative bail of a friend who stepped on the other side of the law. It was a nasty incident anyway. I was happy that after he had made his statement as to what transpired and my intervention he was granted bail. We'll be reporting back at the police station by next week Monday. Hopefully, every grey areas will be ironed out and the matter amicably resolved.

While walking down the road leading to the police station, I came across this beautifully coloured little bird.

At first it tried to evade my guess, and then the camera but I stood still and admired it for a while then observed it's movement before I reached out for my phone and boom, I was able to get some nice shots of it.

It is indeed a colourful creature. Most people who saw me take the picture also stood around to watch the bird and admire it. But after a while the bird flew away.

Later, I returned to my office to continue some paper work. Later in the day, rains came and calmed the whole environment.
