I felt the aroma of something delicious, with smoke.

Since the topic of the knuurs is conducive to a good mood I thought that it is always fun to eat well lol with rare exceptions.

Yes, it was not often that food could ruin my mood, and a couple of times it happened in restaurants where apparently something was wrong with the recipe and the taste preferences of the chef who can ruin even what is in theory impossible to ruin.

But let's not be sad lol.

As I already said any food brings happiness, but happiness also has peaks and probably this happened on days when we had a barbecue grilled shashlik mushrooms and vegetables on coals.

It is always delicious and really lifts the mood reminds us that life is wonderful and living is good!

All that is needed for happiness on such days is a beautiful vast nature a barbecue firewood or coals and of course, marinated pork lamb or poultry mushrooms and vegetables which we will fry on coals enjoying the smell of smoke.

Every happiness has its own recipe and I will share it.

I marinate mushrooms and vegetables in the same way but in separate bags where I add salt and aromatic spices.

Then I shake the bags with mushrooms and vegetables well so that everyone gets their portion of salt and pepper and then add mayonnaise to the bags and shake the bags again.

So all the products for the barbecue are marinated for about 12 hours which I do in advance.

I marinate the meat differently I cut it into fairly large pieces put it in an enamel pan or a bucket if there is a lot of meat.

Then I add a little salt and spices for shashlik.

I cut the onions with salt and add it to the meat mix everything thoroughly.

At the last stage of marinating I pour dry white wine over the meat ordinary it is cheaper and add vegetable oil on top of it.

The meat is marinated like the vegetables for at least 12 hours.

When you take out a piece of meat before frying on the coals in order to put it on a skewer the meat is covered with vegetable oil that was held on the surface of the wine and the meat is better sealed on the coals you get a golden crust on top of the piece of meat and juicy meat inside each piece.

In essence barbecue is something that will lift our spirits regardless of what exactly we are going to cook on the fire this is not affected by the size of the wallet or the availability of the necessary ingredients even ordinary croutons cooked on the coals will be delicious.
