Nice we have broke our rewards record, as always happens when we broke our record we will celebrate, we are going to open 4 packs for the first time as well for this giveaway and with the accumulated prices of the pasts burn events we will have a total of 33 prices for up to a total of 33 winners, some may be able to win multiple prices with the burn event.
As always number on prices on the normal giveaway is based on the total participation, (1 extra price for every 5 valid participants).

We broke our record on rewards but we got the lowest participation so far, more likely participants are confused with the Burn Event, you can participate in the giveaway as you has always had and not participate on the Burn event, the Burn event is optional. We probably will have to rest of the Burn event for a few weeks if we continue with this incredible low participation, if you have others theories about this low participation let me know in the comments.

• As we are accumulating lots of prices on the Burn event, on this one participants will get 3 three prices as long as there is enough cards, others participants will have priority to get their first card, the second and third card will be random to avoid keeping all the unwanted prices stuck for the future burn events, but the cards you have chose have triple chance to come out as your second and third price(the main price is the one you chose first as always, there is no rgn for the main price).

Burn Event

With all previous giveaways we have been contributing our grain of sand to the ecosystem, mainly as a reminder of the biggest problem Splinterlands have, the extreme amount of cards in the market dragging the price of everything down with them, but is time to star helping more, the upcoming survival mode should help a lot with the problem but more likely will not fix it complete it also is taking their time to release it, hope it comes as soon as possible. A real well designed burn event by the Splinterlands team will fix the problem but it doesn´t seams they will do it, so I will star a mini burn event on each giveaway, I really think it can help after several of this burns event some of the burned cards prices will star to rise a little and this may trigger players, maybe a whale, to star buying other cards thinking they will rise as well.

How it Work:

A CARD will be chosen:

Revealer

Minimum BCX to participate: 1

The chosen card will be a card that have a price very close to their burn value, mostly rewards cards but others sets may be chosen if their price is as lowest as rewards cards, could be Commons, Rare or even Epic, Not sure for legendary ones it may discourage participants even with a better legendary as a price. Let me know in the comments if you would participate on a legendary burn event.

How to Participate

Players that want to participate in the Burn Event will send a minimum of BCX combined of this card , the minimum normally will be based on the best cards of the packs price and the chosen card rarity, so by sending me the minimum or more copies of the chosen card(combined or sending them at the same time in case your are sending multiple cards) you will participate.
Post on the comment your top 4 cards of the Burned Event Prices, also your top 7 cards of the normal giveaway if you want to participate in there too and a screenshot of the transaction of the card you send me(you can send me the screenshot on the Discord Group if you want but must to be public), you can keep sending more BCX on the duration of the giveaway( until the new one giveaway post come or a maximum of 7 days) to get a better place, in this case reply to your own comment with the screenshot of the new transaction.(With Click on View details)

If you are not sure how to see the Transaction, enter to peakmonster.com, log in with your splinterlands account, after a few seconds you have send the card or cards click on My Explorer

You will see your last transactions there including the cards you have send, there you can also click on transfer cards to check all and only the transfers ones even if they are old transactions:

Burn:

100% of the cards sending to me in this way will be burned and 100% of the DEC obtained of the burn will be given as a Price to the participants based on the amount of BCX they send.
110% DEC to first place
90% to Second
85% to third
80% to fourth and so on
This is an approximate it will not be exactly all DEC will come from the Burn pool, there will no DEC will appear magically to reach this values exactly, it could end been 104% for the first one 90.3% for the second one, 84% to third for example.

Prices

There will not be luck involved on decided the winners, Best Places will be based on how many BCX has been send, the one that has send more will win the first place and so on, in case of a tie the winner will be the one that send it first, you can keep sending more BCX on the duration of the giveaway to get a better place, in this case reply to your own comment with the screenshot of the new transaction.

First Place: Win their favorite card from the Burn event prices + 110% DEC of the BCX they have send.(note that if only is one participant the DEC price will be just 100%)

Second Place: Win their favorite card that has not been chosen already for a player with a better place + 90% DEC.

Third, Fourth, Fifth, etc: Win their favorite card that has not been chosen already for a player with a better place + 85%, 80%, 75%,70%,65%, etc DEC.

Extra Chances: If there are more participants than the amount prices(currently 10), the participants that not get any price (place 11 or worse) will get double the chance to win in the normal giveaway 3rd place or lower(they still participate with normal chances for the first place), in case they do not win any place, they will get one of the remained cards, in case there are not more remained cards they will accumulate double points for the next giveaways(this points accumulations are only for the giveaways prices).

In case someone send triple or more the amount of minimum BXC: (3) , will win an extra card from the Burn Event Prices if there still are, so if someone send triple or more will get +1 cards (4x will be +2, 5x will be +3 and so on), others participants have priority getting their card before the one getting multiple cards, if there isn´t any card left you will been participate 2 times on the normal giveaway and will be able to win up to 2 prices there(triple or more if you have send 4x or more).

WISH

Each 2 burns events between the ones that has participate in both(in case of a tie the one that has burn more) will win a WISH the ones that has participate in both but don´t win the WISH will accumulate points for the next one. You can hold any amount of WiSHs and used on the giveaways you want saying it on the comments or in the Discord Group.

WISH: Get a guaranteed Third Place on the giveaway of your choice, this is an extra price, you can participate as normal and win 2 prices from the giveaway or more if you are participating in that Burned event as well.

2 WISH: you can chose the chosen card to burn for the next burn event( The chosen card must be a card that have a price very close to their burn value, rewards cards, could be Commons, Rare or Epics), don´t do funny stuff like buying all level 1 and selling for a higher price, you will lose the right to use the 2 WISH, also more likely participants will not buy it if they see the price a lot higher than the burn value.

3 WISH: Get a guaranteed First Place on the giveaway of your choice, this is an extra price, you can participate as normal and win 2 prices from the giveaway or more if you are participating in that Burned event as well.

4 WISH: you can chose any card to be the chosen card to burn for the next burn event, anything is allowed, any rarity, any Edition, have in mind that as higher is the price there will be less participants and less BCX burned.

Third Party Prices:

I hope others interesting in the goals of the Burns Event, will contribute with prices for the event eventually, if you want to contribute with prices for the participants:

1.You can send directly to the winners after they have been announced, without the need of having me as an intermediate, if this is the case, let us know on the comments of the previous event so I can put the price you are offer on the next post and motivate more participation.
Note: that I can no guaranteed this prices as they are not up to me.

2.You can send me the price and specify how you want to be used, for example: for the first prices of an burn event.

3.You can send it to me without any specification on how to use it(but let me know in the comments that it has been send so I can notice on time) and I will do it on the most convenient way I can think, for example if is something kind of expensive that have a rental price, I may put it to rent and use the daily DEC x 7 to buy something for the prices event or could sell it to get several smaller prices.

Burn cards by yourself

In case you are not interested on the prices, you can burn the chosen card by yourself and help the ecosystem this way, you can post it here on the comments and you will be mentioned on the next posts, we will have a Hall of Fame on the posts and on the discord tracking the total burned of the participants but also of the no participants that burned cards by their self's, you can also burn cards complete anonymous. (Burning Hall of Fame will be permanent even on the posts we are not doing the Burn Event, if you don´t want to be mention on it you can chose to be anonymous and I will change your name to anonymous).

Why we need to save Splinterlands:

I mentioned on my previous posts the biggest problem of splinterlands right now is the oversaturated card market(too much cards for very few player), it is the main problem that is causing lots of others problems, I explained more detailed on this post: https://www.splintertalk.io/@caimanx/save-chaos-legion-save-splinterlands.

Good news for all, Splinterlands is finally addressing the problem with the new Survival Mode, not sure if it can solve it but definitely going to help, lets just hope it comes soon.
