Daily Blog: Walking At Night

Good day to all of the actifit users, today, I only do a few things and that are doing my household chores and walking in my own town. I can't ever imagine that I could go on like this, like this means that I can survive walking every day because of my laziness before I stumbled on this application.

In the morning, I do my household chores which includes washing the dishes, cleaning the house while listening to the music and singing into it, and walking around the house. That's one way of keeping myself busy and at the same time, making my fat burns while doing that.

I didn't went outside in the afternoon because I have to do something and I plan on walking at night because it's my way to sleep as early as I could be from walking. I walked for almost an hour, I didn't plan on walking beside the street with no houses but I plan on walking into the store which is called 7/11 to buy some drinks and I told my brother that I will go to that store to buy something, then he said that he also wants me to buy for him because he is craving for some hotdog.

I have got more than 7,000 steps, which is really good for me to burn a few calories. While walking on the road, I only saw a few people that were walking and lots of dogs that are in the street. Sometimes, I like to run while approaching near them because that's my only way to go to the store and I will walk as fast as I could whenever I saw one dog. It's scary when they bark at me, even more scary if they will go near me.
