I decided to make this weekend a turning point in my routine.
For numerous reasons that will not be mentioned here, I have been very negligent with my health. I stopped doing any kind of exercise and the consequences have been nothing but terrible.
My body is constantly in pain, I'm over weight and I feel tired all the time so I realized I need to do something to turn things around.
WIth that in mind, I decided to do a radical change in my eating habits but, most importantly, get back to regular exercise.
I decided to start slow today so I only went for a moderate walk during the afternoon. Not exactly super intensive exercising but since I'm way out of shape, I decided to take it easy and not over work myself.
