My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2025

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful, a warm greeting from the Holy Quran to all the friends and colleagues who are reading today's post. My best wishes to everyone, I hope everyone is well. My health is very bad today, one is fatigue, the other is pain in the whole body, I am writing the post with difficulty, so it will be a short post. Today was Friday and it was September 19. Today the sun of life rose at 5:44 in the morning and set at 6:36. I am writing this post at 10:10 at night. The children are still sleeping, the children are waking up, so where can I write the post? The children were also quite tired today and I was also quite tired today. Due to the change in the weather, children are getting colds, fevers, and coughs. Then those germs are transferred from children to adults, which causes headaches, body aches, and an increase in temperature. I feel like writing a post every day and I'm very interested, but at that moment I'm so tired that my eyes are closing from sleep because I wake up at 5 in the morning.

شروع اللہ کے نام سے جو بہت رحمان اور رحیم ہے آج کے دن کا تمام دوستوں ساتھیوں پوسٹ پڑھنے والوں کو طاہرہ ہ زمان کی طرف سے پیار بھرا سلام عرض ہو ۔ سب کیلئے میری نیک تمنائیں امید ہے سب ٹھیک ہوں گے ۔ میری طبیعت آج بہت خراب ہے ایک تو تھکاوٹ ہے دوسرا پورے جسم میں درد ہے مشکل سے پوسٹ لکھ رہی ہوں اس لیے مختصر پوسٹ ہو گی ۔ آج جمعہ کا دن تھا اور ستمبر کی 19 تاریخ تھی ۔ آج زندگی کا سورج صبح 5:44 پر سورج طلوع ہوا اور 6:36پر سورج غروب ہوا ۔ میں یہ پوسٹ رات کے 10:10پر لکھ رہی ہوں ۔ بچے ابھی سوے ہیں بچے جاگ رہے ہوں تو پوسٹ کہاں لکھنے دیتے ہیں ۔ آج بچے بھی کافی تھکے ہوئے تھے اور میں بھی دن بھی کافی تھکی ہوئی تھی آج ۔ موسم تبدیل ہونے کی وجہ سے بچوں کو نزلہ زکام بخار کھانسی لگ رہا ہے بچوں سے پھر وہ جراثیم بڑوں میں منتقل ہو جاتے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے سر درد جسم میں درد اور ساتھ ٹمپریچر میں اضافہ ۔ میرا ہر روز دل کرتا ہے پوسٹ لکھوں اور دلچسپی بھی میری بہت زیادہ ہوتی ہے لیکن اس وقت اتنی تھک جاتی ہوں کہ میری آنکھیں نیند کی وجہ سے بند ہو رہی ہوتی ہیں کیونکہ صبح سویرے پانچ بجے میں جاگ جاتی ہوں

Today, after finishing my household chores, I had to go to my younger sister's in-laws' house, give them measurements for sewing clothes, and discuss many other matters. My sister's in-laws are from our village and live at least 500 meters away from our house. There is only a cemetery between their house and ours. We live on one side and we live on the other. I passed through the cemetery and took a few pictures while walking to their house. While passing through the cemetery, we pray, and I always pray, "May Allah forgive my mother."

آج مجھے گھر کے کام مکمل کرنے کے بعد اپنی چھوٹی بہن کے سسرال کے گھر بھی جانا تھا ان کو کپڑوں کی سیلائی کا ناپ بھی دینا تھا اور بہت سے دوسرے معاملات پر بھی بات کرنی تھی ۔ میری بہن کے سسرال والے ہمارے گاؤں کے ہی ہیں ہمارے گھر سے کم سے کم 500 میٹر کے فاصلے پر رہتے ہیں ۔ان کے گھر کے اور ہمارے گھر کے درمیان میں صرف قبرستان ہے ایک طرف ہم رہتے ہیں اور دوسری طرف ہم ۔ میں قبرستان سے گزار کر ان کے گھر گی میں چلتے ہوئے چند تصویریں بھی بنائیں ۔ قبرستان سے گزارتے وقت ہم دعا مانگتے ہیں اور میں تو ہر حال میں یہ دعا کرتی ہوں یا اللّٰہ میری ماں کی مغفرت فرما دے ۔

Today's weather is also very good. I forgot to mention that there was heavy rain in our village last night. Today feels like winter. It is getting cold outside. So I have put the children in the room on cots so that they don't get sick till morning. This change in weather brings mosquitoes with it, so it is good to spray mosquito repellent in the room.

آج کا موسم بھی بہت اچھا رات کو ہمارے گاؤں میں بہت تیز بارش بھی ہوئی تھی یہ بتانا بھی میں بھول گی تھی اور آج موسم سرما کی طرح محسوس ہو رہا ہے اب تو ٹھنڈ لگ رہی ہے باہر اس لیے میں نے بچوں کو کمرے میں چارپائی ڈال دی ہے تاکہ صبح تک طبیعت خراب نہ ہو جائے ۔ موسم کی یہ تبدیلی مچھر اپنے ساتھ لے کر آتی ہے اس لیے کمیرے میں مچھر مار سپرے کر لیا جائے تو اچھا ہے
