My Actifit Report Card: March 2 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Today marks 31 days since I quit smoking, it's truly unbelievable. To be honest, quitting smoking is really hard, I probably wouldn't have been able to quit unless I had a major health problem, but I'm so glad I did. Life without cigarettes is truly wonderful, and every day I feel better and my health is getting much better.

The weather was beautiful today and I managed to walk more than 10K and now my goal is to walk 10K every day, let's see if I can do that every day. By the way, if you smoke, I strongly recommend you quit.
