My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2023
I went to the market in the early morning today.
I bought some pork meats and vegetables.
I cooked pork curry as a main dish.And then I cooked water spinach and tamarind leaf as a sour soup.
After that I prepared some vegetables to eat with fish paste.
I sent my son to the school in the morning.So I had a morning walking exercise.
I washed some clothes in the afternoon.
The weather is not good in the evening. So I did not reach to my parents' house.
I reached 5390 steps today.
My rank is 32.22 in Actifit game.
I bought Protein Shake -level-1 product.
I purchased it 80 AFITs.
I must try to get more steps tomorrow.
