Cycling ride and bike cleaning - My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2025

The day started with a good breakfast before I could head out on my bicycle, I had a great ride of 51km and after a coffee and a shower, the bike needed to be cleaned and the chain needed a new coat of wax.

In the afternoon we walked to visit my mom and help her in the garden and I did a small repair in the shed, quite a busy day for a Sunday!
