My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2026

Hey Actifitters,

Well, in addition to fail counting steps, Actifit also messed up the dates. But that's okay, I'll keep posting normally, and that means this report is for Friday. Like I mentioned, the day started very early with a layover in Chicago where I found a glass window with a beautiful view on the sunrise.

And after a long red eye journey, I was back home, with Le Chat's face to greet me, always so full of joy!

We didn't waste too much time and were ready for our daily walk pretty quickly.

Kaia was having fun in the tall weeds.

But I noticed something a bit worrying nearby, this big hornets nest on the ground, close to our forest entrance.

So we were careful and walked around, trying not to bother them.

More fun in the forest, once we were past the danger zone.

We met Le Chat again on our way back.

And finished with a short loop in the neighborhood, where the sun was already about to set.

And that was it, a long day after my early flights, but nothing really out of the ordinary, except maybe that nest that we will need to pay attention to. I don't want a repeat of the wasp yellowjackets attack of last year.
