My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2026

Hey Actifitters,

It took us some time to get started yesterday but once we did, we were pretty active. Well, not everybody, Le Chat took even longer to get started.

But we knew that she would most likely join if we started our daily walk behind the front yard as most days.

We quickly went in the small forest, but just for a few minutes.

Just enough time for Kaia to jump over a few obstacles. She still has pain in her back leg, so she's more careful but she gets it done.

And as expected, here comes Le Chat, mostly eating grass. And that face... She almost attacked Kaia again, but Kaia knows...

As usual, the next destination was the bigger forest. It's so green now, and still getting greener!

Along with all the new green, there's also lots of new flowers in the forest, especially Lily of the Valley at the moment. It has a great fragrance too.

With such a beautiful day, it was almost crowded out there, and I had to put the leash back on Kaia several times. But we managed to make our way to the teepees and the other side of the forest.

And finally we walked back through a slightly different way compared to our usual route, again to avoid meeting too many people.

After that nice walk, I didn't really feel like doing yard work, but like I said last week, I needed to finish the whole backyard and a few other areas. It was done and I even used the string trimmer. Damn, that's hard on the upper body! Of course, yard work is never really done, it will need more work every week now. At least until winter is finally back!
