Hello all actifiters,
Here I am with my previous day activity score ie 06k activity.
I am missing the walk everyday. No good habit. I usually go for evening walk after the office as I am lazy to woke up early. So I have to be more concentrated on this and have to make a strict schedule of walking either in the morning or evening. I am trying to goto bed before 11 and I guess it's not hard. This make my morning fresh as the wakeup time remains the same and in this way I am getting more sleep.
