Hello, good morning or afternoon.

This Friday, I went for a somewhat short walk; I just wanted to get out and see what part of town was like. Since it was the inauguration of Colombia’s new president and a holiday, I expected to see more people around town. But there were almost no people in the downtown area and very few cars on the road; it felt very lonely; for a tourist area, it was a little strange. In the end, everything was quiet.

Este viernes registré un recorrido algo corto; solo quería salir y ver cómo estaba una parte del pueblo. Al ser la posesión del nuevo presidente de Colombia y un festivo, esperaba encontrarme más gente en el pueblo. Pero casi no había gente en el centro y muy pocos vehículos transitando; se sentía muy solo; siendo una zona turística, fue un poco raro. Al final, todo estuvo tranquilo.
