(I took this photo one morning in December while we were on our way to a hike. Considering it was shot through the windshield, it turned out really well, I think.)
Hi Actifitters,
I hope you’re all doing well.
Since my Garmin indicated that I’d slipped into an overtrained state after just under three hours of training the day before yesterday, I took things a little easier yesterday. Although I did train for nearly three hours again, I did so at a lower intensity. I started with some extensive stretching, followed by pull-ups, biceps curls, and dumbbell rows. To finish off, I spent quite a while on the bike, trying to stay in Zone 1 so as not to interrupt the recovery process.
Mission 80 (Day 16 = 88.0 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 / Total loss = 2.0 kg)
The nearly six hours of training over the past two days are also reflected on the scale. Today I weighed 88 kg, which is a drop of 500 grams compared to yesterday.
Since Garmin is still complaining about overtraining, I’m going to take it easy again today. Along with push-ups, I’ve got a recovery ride on the bike planned. We’ll see what I actually end up doing.

2kg in 2 weeks is pretty good. Seems like you'll be done in 2 months if you keep up the pace.
The picture is indeed a nice one. With those misty landscape, the windshield spots tend to turn into parts of the picture 😅

A count of over 21k is satisfactory. 👏
You are now 20% towards the target weight goal
