(Here is another nice snapshot I took last September during our hike to the summit of the Zugspitze.)

Hi Actifitters,

yesterday, it was time for close-grip push-ups again. I’m happy that I’ve managed to make progress for the second session in a row. Now I’m just four reps short in the final set of reaching my current interim goal and tackling the next stage of the training plan. Here are my current numbers:

The next goal according to the training plan (47+):

Unfortunately, there’s a bit of a setback here. On the way home from work, my wife and I spontaneously decided to go to a beer garden. The weather was simply too nice to stay indoors. So, I ended up having three beers and a meal where I didn't worry about calories. Consequently, I woke up today having gained 500 grams. But never mind... onwards and upwards!


I don't know exactly what sports activities are taking place today yet. But the fact is, sports are happening today.
