I'll be adjusting my routine again cuz I'm learning a new language and working on my diet and physical activity. I'm gonna take the weekend off, carefully forge a daytime routine. I try to complete all the tasks around 12pm so that I have the rest of the day to do even more and become the best version of myself. Also, I always start counting my consistency when I've done that approx 15days of those new things already, after that I count it as day1 (helps my mind and maintain consistency)
