So I usually stress eat when I have a bad day at work. Yesterday was pretty bad and I ended up getting a dominos pizza. The good news? I fit the pizza, with the dip into my calories. I even had half of a cookie with my remaining calories. I am very proud of myself. I’ll admit I did stuff myself silly but I wanted to get my moneys worth.
Starting to realise I need to plan my meals in advance and not be scared to have a bit of a larger lunch / late afternoon snack, as I got home at like 8pm and was starving. I was very tempted to get a takeaway but instead made a quick 10 min meal that was absolutely huge, and I was still under my calories by a good chunk.
I'm getting at least 7-8 hours every single day. This time around, I'm going to make the following change and improve the quality of my sleep—at least a minimum of 7 hours every single day.
I've been keeping consistency on my workouts, focus goals, and healthy habits! This week is going at an amazing pace. I hope to continue this pace into the weekend.
