Happy to have reached my steps goal once again today, not much activity else where for me as I took a break day from the gym to recoup.
Unsure if I will be going tomorrow as sleep is catching up with me some, I’ve not rested well the past week let alone the previous month or so. Seems my sleep has been getting worse and worse, unsure how to fix it back to what it once was, my mind can’t switch off at night no more!
