Finally got myself back to the gym today it’s been a sluggish past few weeks, don’t know what came over me but all my consistency and dedication died off.
I’m slowly aiming to get back into my previous routine of going almost daily minus the odd rest day here and there or the weekend away, my strength have dropped ever so slightly but i’m sure i’ll regain that in no time-
thankfully with weight training and exercise in general is your body tents to remember- so it makes it a lot easier to jump back in as apposed to feeling like you are starting afresh.
thankfully i’ve hit all my goals for today that i am for via my apple watch, i.e calories burned, time exercises and such. last but not least my steps goal, i usually always tent to aim for 10,000 daily of course the past few weeks have slacked hard but back on track today with over 11,000 and it’s only 10:30am ! 😄
