not as many steps today as i’d like but i did have a very early start today after an awful sleep so my energy levels have been lacking but i still managed to fit in a workout late today, same as the following past few days im slowly getting myself back on track to my goals.
i slacked on my fitness the past few months, my strength hasn’t gone down all too much thankfully seeing it return pretty quickly infact with the few workouts i have fitted in

5k is still great! I live in London so it's a very walkable city everything is so squashed together 😂
