it’s been a long while since i’ve done an actifit report card but here’s to trying again 😂
i used to be so dedicated to my fitness and burning calories daily, keeping myself in check and achieving my goals. definitely felt like it helped me function on a day to day basis, the last few weeks ive been very slacked and unmotivated.
i moved homes not long ago, but ever since the change in scenery and routine has diminished my love for the gym and fitness, myself. its a shame, i definitely need to find that motivated streak again and get back on track but until then, im still aiming to hit my usual 10,000 steps daily just to stay somewhat active and burn some calories in the background of my life. ive been eating awfully for the past year it seems 😂
