A somehow lazy summerday
Hey dear actifitters and readers,
my day yesterday was without any special activity
I went for a walk at the river in the morning.
And had a little break watching a Grey heron hunting for fishes in the water.
I made over 12k steps but it really felt like that. In the afternoon I went to the lake and was chilling and watching people play volleyball.
I took a break to give my knee some regeneration.
It's a nice time of the year. When it's time to get up in the morning it's such a beatyful dawn every day.
I'm thankful to live in this flat giving the opportunity to have this stunning view everyday.
