
Greetings to all Actifiters and happy Thursday! I am proud to report that I completed the 10,000+ activity points on my Actifit tracker. I started with an early morning jog. Later on, during my work breaks, I took brisk walks around the office perimeter. Stepping outside the work area for these short walking sessions was a great way to break up the workday and de stress. With my early jog and walks throughout the day, I completed 10k+ activity points.

Great effort, but does your boss allow you to take breaks from work to walk?
