Greetings to all actifiters and happy Saturday! Another day completed with more than 11k activity points! Today was a combination of walking and jogging, allowing me to stay active while enjoying the fresh air and taking a break from the usual daily routine.
I started with a walk to get my body moving. Later, I turned into a light jog. I focused on endurance rather than speed. The mix of walking and jogging made the workout enjoyable and sustainable.
Aside from the activity, these walks always help reduce stress. Reaching the 11K+ feels good and I’m grateful for the opportunity to exercise. Looking forward to more active days ahead!
