Hello my good people. This is my Actifit Report for Monday the 11/5/2026. Happy new week everyone. I missed my Sunday report due to some glitches on my path though. I'll try and combine it and the present day report.
I almost missed the church service due to the fact that I woke up a bit late. The stress of yesterday took a hold on me. Finally, I made it to church and enjoyed every bit of the service.

Thereafter I attended a wedding reception of a friend but didn't stay long there because it started raining midway.

I retuned home and watched some EPL matches. It was a day of 'draws' as virtually all th teams that placed drew their games except one of course. First was Burnley vs Aston Villa which ended in a (2 - 2). The next was Crystal Palace vs Everton (2 - 2), Nottingham Forest vs Newcastle United ended in a (1-1) draw while the only exception of the day was West Ham United vs Arsenal which the Gunners won (1-0). That game however came with its own drama as the referee disallowed a last minute equalizer by West Ham due to an infringement of the Arsenal's goalkeeper. A lengthy VAR check was done before the centre referee was called to have a second look at the incident from a pitch-side monitor. The goal was subsequently disallowed and the Gunners went home with a precious 3 points while the Hammers were confined to the relegation zone.
On Monday, there was only one game on show and that was Tottenham Hotspur vs Leeds United. It was a must win match for Spurs having watched West Ham fàll against Arsenal the previous day. Leeds on their own path also need at least a point to avoId been drawn into the relegation battle with Spurs and West Ham.
It turned out that after full 90 minutes of regulation time and even 13 minutes that was added owing to on field delays and VAR reviews, both teams could not claim the maximum points as they settle to share the spoils. (1-1) it ended at then final whistle.
That's it for now. Thanks for reading up to this point. Until next time, I say, keep exercising.
