My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2026

Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for sunday the 19/4/2026. Happy Sunday to us all. We just have own more Sunday to go in the month of April. How time flies.

I attended church service and when I came back I watched a few EPL matches. A pulsating game was played at Villa Park where third placed Villa hosted high flying Sunderland. The thrilling encounter was almost destined for a (3-3) but Tammy Abraham had other ideas as he slotted the winning goal in the 93rd minute to see Villa win by (4-3).

Elsewhere, Virgil van Dijk scored a dramatic 100th-minute winner as Liverpool won the first Premier League Merseyside derby at Hill Dickinson Stadium. Everton had remained resolute to see out the game but Van Dijk scored to separate the two neighbours as the game ended (2-1) in favour of Liverpool.

In the same vein, Nottingham Forest crushed Burnley (4-0) to boost their survival hopes while condeming Burnley to the murkey relegation waters.

But the biggest game of the week was played at the Etihad stadium between 2nd placed Manchester City vs first placed Arsenal. In a game many had taunted as the title decider City had started the game 6pts behind leaders Arsenal. They knew that a win will narrow that gap to 3pts with a game in hand. So they gave all and got through needed 3pts as the game ended (2-1) in favour of the Cityzens.

That's it for now. Thanks for reading up to this point. Until next time, I say, keep exercising.
