Hello my good people. This is my Actifit Report for Thursday the 9/4/2026. I reported at my place of work earlier in the day and then left for the burial of the father of a friend who had lost the dad a few months ago. I had expected to see a few classmates at the burial venue but found only two. Well, we commiserated with him and after the interment we left to our various states.

I see English teams doing well in the UEFA Europa League than their counterpart in the Champions League. Aston Villa who played away to Bologna secured a comfortable (3-1) first leg win over Bologna as they head into next week's Europa League quarterfinal second leg at Villa Park. Villa striker Ollie Watkins bagged a second half brace in the match.

Elsewhere, Nottingham Forest's Europa League hopes remain intact after securing a (1-1) draw away with FC Porto. William Gomes had given the Primeira Liga leaders a one goal lead in the 11th minute only for
Porto defender Martim Fernandes to send a 25-yard back-pass into his own net. The game remained (1-1) till the end of regulation time.
That's it for now. Thanks for reading up to this point. Until next time, I say, keep exercising.
