My Actifit Report Card: March 18 2026
Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for Wednesday the 18/3/2026. I hope we are all fine and healthy. Happy midweek everyone. I had a rough morning as I was trying to trace out the location of a court. It turned out that the state government is reconstructing the road. I was literally covered with red mud. I felt uncomfortable throughout the court sitting in that state of dust covering.
Liverpool put up a masterclass to dominate Galatasaray and won by (4-0) on the night and on ) and 4-1) on aggregate.
Same goes for Tottenham Hotspur who played out a (3-2) win over Athletico Madrid but failed to advance to the next stage of the competition having lost the first leg by (5 - 2) and then (7-5) on aggregate.
The heaviest defeat on the night was recorded at Camp Nou where Barcelona trounced Newcastle United by (7-2) and (8-3) on aggregate.
As it stands now, only Liverpool and Arsenal advanced to the next stage from the EPL. The other four teams - Chelsea, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United have all crashed out.
