My Actifit Report Card: January 1 2026
Hello good people. This is my Actifit Report for thursday the 1/1/2026. This is the first day in the year 2026. Happy New Year Everyone. Welcome 🤗 to the new year.
As customary in hive, today is observed as Hive Power Up Day - a way to boost our accounts and also contribute to the growth of the hive ecosystem. I contributed my own quota by powering up 10 hive. Hive Buzz gave me a badge to commemorate the event.
The festive fixtures continued once again. In fact, today's matches have one thing in common - no outright winners.
The match between Liverpool vs Leeds United ended in a goalless draw (0-0), the one between Crystal Palace vs Fulham also ended in a draw (1-1), same with Brentford vs Tottenham Hotspur (0-0).
The match between Sunderland vs Manchester City was a high profile one. Everyone expected City to roll over the Black Cats and bridge the deficit between them and league leaders Arsenal to 2 points. But that was not to be as Sunderland battled City and even missed glorious chances to clinch the full 3 points. The game however ended goalless (0-0) and I think that's a fair result for both teams.
Having finished these matches, I completed some online tasks before I then called it a day.
