My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2025

Hello everyone and warm welcome to my Actifit Report for Friday September 26, 2025. We were blessed with clear and bright weather in the morning. What a nice way to start the day.

I saw this tree - Pentaclethra macrophylla or African Oil Bean tree in English. There are no seeds on it yet but I observed another plant growing on it, a sort of a parasite on it. It is mistletoe. You see how comfortable the plant is seated on it. There are other plants also growing on the African Oil Bean tree. Such a nice tree harbouring and sheltering other smaller plants attached on it.

Went down town to get some beverages for the weekend. The weather changed a bit once it gets to evening. I hurriedly went home. Don't want to be drenched. It turned out to be a heavy downpour.
