My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2025

Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for friday the 19/7/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. Happy weekend to all of us.

I watched two matches in the ongoing Africa Women Nation's Cup. In the first match Ghana edged past Algeria 4-2 on penalties the game having ended goalless after regulation time and extra time. Ghana will now play against host Morocco in one of the semi finals.

In the second match of the day, South Africa also defeated Senegal 4-1 on penalties to advance to the semi final where they'll play against Nigeria who had earlier thrashed Zambia 5-0 to get to the semi final.

The third match of the day was from the UEFA Women's Euro. It was indeed a blockbuster encounter between Germany and France. Germany endured the tough game, having gone down to 10 men at the 13th minute of the game. They dragged the game to penalties having ended it 1-1 after extra time.
