My Actifit Report Card: March 7 2025

Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for friday the 07/03/2025. This is the last working day for me for the week. It's been a smooth ride for me so far. Weather was calm and cloudy in the morning. Some fluffy white wel wrapped and embedded with some light blue colours. Is it about to rain? Well, farmers are still busy clearing the bushes. Rains become regular down here as from the third and fourth week of March. One cannot also lose sight of climate change which has affected timing for some of these things.

I attended a workshop on prostate cancel organized by the government for workers and men within the capital city. It was a good session as I learnt a lot of thereat.

Later in the day I ended up at the church for Bible studies which lasted for about two hours. Sharing the word of God with other believers is really soul enriching.

Rounded off my day at about 7:00pm and returned home to be with my family for the weekend.

Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
