Post of the Month, Compliment of the Month, & Comment of the Month Contest on the FreeCompliments Community – September 2023!
Welcome to September’s community-based voting contest for the Post of the Month, Compliment of the Month, and Non-Compliment Comment of the Month! The goal of this contest is to encourage the creation of quality content, respectful discussion, both long-form and short-form, for the betterment of the community and its members.
The winner of the Post of the Month and Compliment of the Month will win 5 HSBI + 1000 Ecency Points, and runner-ups of these plus the Non-Compliment Comment of the Month will win 3 HSBI + 500 Ecency Points.
Additionally, our winners and runner-ups will have the opportunity of nominating next month’s post, compliment, and non-compliment comment of the month!

How to Vote:
Our community account (@hive-140084) will post each entry as a separate comment and whichever gets the most votes will win! This will not be stake-based voting; every individual’s vote will count equally. Please vote only for your favorite post / compliment / non-compliment comment. If you are short on voting power or wish to save it, then leave a comment under your choice in lieu of a vote, and it will be counted as a vote.
The same rules will apply for any write-in content.
My personal votes + @fc-curation won’t count towards the tally of votes, as I already created the shortlist of content in this post. The vote will be completely democratic.
We’ll conclude the voting process within a week’s time in order to allow for sufficient time for everyone to vote.
Conclusion
Here is September’s contest: we’re providing our members an opportunity to vote for their choice of Post of the Month, Compliment of the Month, and Non-Compliment Comment of the Month! The post announcing the next contest will be made in the first week of November to permit a week’s worth of nominations prior to revealing the winners.

Well, keeping my opinion as discreet as possible this post made me remember a lot my adolescence, because I grew up in a town where the violent society punishes us since we are born and this publication comes and hits me in the heart to imagine what would have been of me (not because I wanted it, I am grateful with who I am) with these social values as cultured as simply educate yourself and listen/interpret your own conscience, unlike many people, me in particular with an absent father and a mother who belongs to the secretarial part of a military entity, I grew up with my grandmother who lived a time of slavery and abuse which obviously is reflected in me and like her many people in town think in a robust and cold minded absurd way because there was never an open dialogue in my childhood because everything was orders and questions mostly regarding the chores, when entering adolescence is when we are more rebellious and after the loss of my grandmother was a drastic change in me where empathy did not exist and much less support in my case to be a skater and be able to someday have my own HipHop anthem theme (which will come in time) so the rebellion anarchy and hatred towards what surrounded me transformed a part of me into a real internal monster, I think I went overboard with the topic again but this post really got to me at some point in my life and my apologies to @mell79 as I spared myself the comment the day I saw the post.
