Delicioso manjar de parchita con leche condensada y canela.

Hoy me complace en presentar una receta fácil de un delicioso postre muy fácil y que nos encanta por su sabor cítrico, y a la vez dulce, con estas combinaciones mostrare un manjar de parchita que realice este fin de semana.
Today I am pleased to present an easy recipe for a delicious dessert very easy and that we love for its citrus flavor, and at the same time sweet, with these combinations I will show a parchita delicacy that I made this weekend.
1 kg de parchita
1 lata de leche condensada
5 cucharadas de maicena
1 cucharadas de canela
1 litro de agua
1 kg of parchita
1 can of condensed milk
5 spoonfuls of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 liter of water
- Primero cortamos las parchitas en dos y extraemos la pulpa. luego agregamos en la licuadora con el litro de agua y no batir mucho para que no se trituren las semillas. Después colar.
First we cut the parchitas in two and extract the pulp, then we add in the blender with the liter of water and do not beat too much so that the seeds are not crushed. Then strain.
- Colocamos el jugo de parchita en una olla por unos minutos, mientras tanto con un poquito de agua mezclar las 5 cucharadas de Maizena.
Place the parchita juice in a pot for a few minutes, meanwhile with a little water mix the 5 tablespoons of cornstarch,
- Agregamos de esta forma y mezclamos para que no se formen grumos, al mismo tiempo añadimos la canela.
Add in this way and mix so that no lumps are formed, at the same time add the cinnamon.
- Es hora de agregar la leche condensada y mezclar, si gustas mas dulce pueden agregar azúcar.
It is time to add the condensed milk and mix, if you like it sweeter you can add sugar.
- Seguimos mezclando hasta obtener una consistencia espese, apagamos y lo colocamos en un envase y refrigeramos por 2 horas.
Continue mixing until a thick consistency is obtained, turn off and place in a container and refrigerate for 2 hours.
This has been the result of my dessert today, to enjoy the manjar de parchita or Maracuya. Nothing better than enjoying one of your favorite foods, and if it is in the company of important and special people, it is super.
