My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2567

For some reason my step count didn't accurately show up on yesterday's report. But to recap, I ran/jogged for the first time in a really long time. It was great and I'm planning to continue to develop a running habit.

But today my legs were really sore so I just went on a short bike ride with my daughter in the evening and took some pictures for this post. Then returning home, some light weights and stretching before bed.

My goal this week is to get at least 200 minutes of exercise this week, I think I'm around 70 minutes since Monday, so this seems achievable.
